Stone slab counters & backsplash + floating wood shelves. I really like the white ware over the marble. Could I just remove one set of cupboards left of stove and replace with thick planks? Yes if I faux finish the marble wall. No problemo getting wood into wall...Especially if I paint the marble on thin mdf (laying flat) then screw to wall--even surface and great, invisible support for shelves.
